IN THIS CATEGORY OF EMPLOYEES ARE BASICALLY INCLUDED STUDENT TRAINEES FROM ALL OVER EUROPE AND GREECE THAT ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRACTICAL TRAINING IN THE SPHERE OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY.
HENCE, ENRICHING AND HANDLING IN PRACTICE HOSPITALITY SUBJECTS AND THEORIES THAT THEY ARE TAUGHT AT THEIR HOME COUNTRIES' HIGHER INSTITUTIONS AND TOURISMCOLLEGES!

CRITERIA BY WHICH JOB CHAIN CHOOSES ITS PERSONNEL OF STUDENT TRAINEES FOR THE HOSTING EMPLOYERS (Α)

  • THE AGE OF THE APPLICANTS FOR PARTICIPATION RANGES FROM 18 TO 30 YEARS OLD
  • THE CANDIDATES HAVE THE FULL COMMUNICATIVE AND WRITTEN KNOWLEDGE AND POSSESSION OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND SECOND CHOICE FOREIGN LANGUAGE E.G. FRENCH, GERMAN, SPANISH, RUSSIAN AND ETC ((ACCORDING TO THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF THE HOTEL AND THE EMPLOYER))
  • THE PARTICIPANTS OF JOB CHAIN ARE ALL STUDYING AT THE FOLLOWING FACULTIES, TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY, ECONOMICS, MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT, SPORTS ACADEMIES, COSMETICS AND SPA, AGRO TOURISM, SO THAT THE PRACTICE OF THE STUDENTS IS TIGHTLY RELATED TO THE THEORIES AND LITERAL KNOWLEDGE GAINED AT THEIR HOME COUNTRY . MOREOVER, THE CAREFUL CHOICE AND RESEARCH ON PERSONNEL BY JOB CHAIN MAKES THE SEASONAL PRACTICAL TRAINING AN APPROVED AND LEGAL PROCEDURE ACCORDING TO THE GREEK STATE LAW FOR THE FOREIGN STUDENT TRAINEES IN THE SPHERE OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY IN GREECE

  1. A CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD
  2. STUDENT CARD OR A CERTIFICATE STATING ON THE STUDENT STATUS IN THE GIVEN UNIVERSITY
  3. AN OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE STATING THAT THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OR COLLEGE, THAT THE STUDENT BELONGS TO, IS RECOGNIZED BY THE HOME STATE!
  4. D) STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE CARD (E111 IS THE COMMON USED ONE IN EUROPE) OR A STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE BOOK
  5. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

ATTENTION

PLEASE NOTE; THAT COUNTRIES THAT HAVE NEWLY ENTERED EU (BRIGHT EXAMPLES BEING BULGARIA AND ROMANIA) MAY BE USING DIFFERENT KINDS AND FORMATS OF STUDENT HEALTH CARDS, OTHER THAN THE COMMON E111!

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYERS TOWARDS THE STUDENT TRAINEES

  •  THE EMPLOYER IS OBLIGED IN PROVIDING A MONTHLY STIPEND PAYMENT OF 400 EUROS TO ITS STUDENT TRAINEES, WHICH MAKES UP THE STUDENT'S POCKET MONEY DURING HIS/HER STAY IN GREECE!
  •  THE HEALTH INSURANCE TAX OF THE TRAINEE TO THE EMPLOYER IS 1% WHICH MAKES UP AN AMOUNT OF 6 EUROS PER MONTH ACCORDING TO THE GREEK LAW LEGISLATION!
  •  IN CASE OF EXTRA HOURS OF MANUAL OR MENTAL WORK PERFORMANCE, THE EMPLOYERS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF COVERING THE LEGAL WORK PAY FOR THE EXTRA EMPLOYMENT TIME RECEIVED!
  •  THE INDIVIDUAL WORK CONTRACT OF EACH AN EVERY EMPLOYEE CONSISTS OF 6 DAY EMPLOYMENT PER WEEK AND 8 HOUR TASK PERFORMANCE PER DAY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EUROPEAN EMPLOYMENT LAW REGULATIONS, A CONDITION WHICH THE EMPLOYERS HAVE TO RESPECT AND OPERATE IN PRACTICE RESPECTIVELY!
  •  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EMPLOYERS HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY IN RELATION TO THE TRAVEL EXPENSES OF THEIR TRAINEES. STUDENTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THEIR OWN TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR THE TWO WAY TICKETS TO GREECE.
  • AT THE END OF THE TRAINING SEASON A SUM OF 200 EUROS REWARD HAS TO BE OFFERED FROM ALL THE EMPLOYERS TO ALL THE TRAINEE STUDENTS THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THEIR SEASONAL PRACTICE WITH NO INTERRUPTIONS AND TERMINATIONS!

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

ANNULATIONS OF INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND THE EMPLOYEES

THERE IS A PRIME CONDITION OF A ONE TO TWO WEEKS NOTICE TO ' JOB CHAIN' FROM BOTH PARTIES CONCERNING ANY DISTORTIONS OF THE PRESENT CONTRACT.

FURTHERMORE, THE EMPLOYEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE OBLIGED FOR CARRYING OUT HIS EVERYDAY DUTIES IN RELATION TO HIS/HER WORK PERFORMANCE WITHOUT CAUSING ANY FUNCTIONAL WORK DISORDERS. RESPECTIVELY,  THE OPPOSITE PARTY (MEANING THE EMPLOYER) WILL BE OBLIGED IN CARRYING OUT HIS/HER DUTY OF DAILY SALARY PAYMENT, FREE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION PROVISION TO HIS/HER EMPLOYEE UNTIL THE EMPLOYEE IS REPLACED BY THE 'JOB CHAIN' WITH A NEW HOTEL EMPLOYEE WITHIN THE MENTIONED TIME PERIOD AND WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COMMISSION TO THE EMPLOYERS.

 

OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEDIATING PARTY

  • THE MEDIATING PARTY 'JOB CHAIN' WILL BE THE LEGAL BODY THAT WILL BE ACTING AS A MERGING AGENT BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MARKET.
  • HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THE SIDE OF THE MEDIATING PARTY UPON THE ACTUAL CHOICE AND HIRING OF THE EMPLOYEE STUFF. THE CHOICE AND THE FINAL
    RECRUITMENT OF THE CHOSEN EMPLOYEES WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYER, OR THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER IN PERSON (UNLESS THE EMPLOYER HIMSELF ENTRUSTS THE AGENCY IN THE CHOICE OF THE EMPLOYEES)!

    NEVERTHELESS, JOB CHAIN WILL BE PROVIDING FULL ASSISTANCE, PHONE INTERVIEWS AND ORGANIZED INFORMATION WITH A WIDE CHOICE OF EMPLOYEE PORTFOLIOS TO THE EMPLOYERS ATTENTION.
  • THE MEDIATING PARTY WILL ALSO BE UNDER FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF UNDERTAKING THE REPLACEMENT OF UNSUITABLE APPLICANTS AFTER AN ASSURING ORAL INVESTIGATION ON THE STATEMENTS OF THE COMPLAINING PARTY.
    WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT OF 10-15 DAYS AS MENTIONED BEFOREHAND IF THE CLAIMS OF THE COMPLAINING PARTY ARE CONSIDERED TO BE VALID AND ON OBJECTIVE BASIS THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COMMISSION TO EU JOB CHAIN.
  • THE MEDIATING PARTY WILL BE CHECKING THE DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFICATES OF EACH STUDENT BEFORE HIS/HER ARRIVAL FOR ENSURING SMOOTH ARRIVAL AND LEGAL REGISTRATION OF THE STUDENTS AT THE CLIENT HOTELS!
  • THE MEDIATING PARTY WILL ALSO BE ORGANISING LIVE TOURISM FARES ALL OVER EUROPE THROUGHOUT THE SELECTION PERIOD OF WINTER! OUR JOB FARES ARE FREE FOR CLIENTS DELIVERING MORE 10 STUDENTS AND THE ONLY EXPENSES MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT HOTEL MANAGERS WILL BE THE COST OF THEIR TRAVEL EXPENSES.
