REGULAR EMPLOYMENT IN THE BELOW MENTIONED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HOTEL STUFF AND EMPLOYEES
  • PERSONNEL FOR CLEANING OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES
  • CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEES AND TECHNICIANS (SKILLED AND UNSKILLED EMPLOYMENT FORCE)
  • EXCLUSIVE NURSES
  • PERSONNEL FOR ELDERLY CARE
  • FAMILY CARE AND ASSISTANT EMPLOYEES FOR HOUSEWORK AND HOUSE CARE
  • PERSONNEL FOR BABYSITTING AND CHILDCARE
  • OFFICEEMPLOYEES

TO THIS CATEGORY WE INCLUDE ALL THE EMPLOYEES, INDIVIDUALS OF AGE FROM 19 UNTIL 45, WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK IN GREECE EITHER FOR A PERMANENT ANNUAL AND LONG TERM JOBS, OR FOR GAINING SEASONAL JOB EXPERIENCE.

MOREOVER, ALL THE CANDIDATES WITHIN THIS CATEGORY SHOULD THEIR PASSPORTS WITH THEM UPON THEIR ARRIVAL IF FROM AN EU COUNTRY, OR ELSE SHOULD POSSES A WORKING LEGAL VISA FOR THE COUNTRY OF GREECE. THE TRAVEL EXPENSES TO AND FROM GREECE SHOULD BE COVERED BY THE CANDIDATES THEMSELVES!

WITH THE ARRIVAL OF THE EMPLOYEES TO GREECE THE EMPLOYERS WILL IMMEDIATELY HAVE TO PROCESS INTO THE LEGAL HIRING PROCEDURE ACCORDING WITH THE GREEK LABOUR LAW LEGISLATIONS!

 

NECESSARY CRITERIA OF THE PARTICIPANTS' (REGULAR EMPLOYEES) TO THIS PROGRAM! Β)

  1. ALL THE CANDIDATES OF THIS CATEGORY DO SPEAK AT LEAST COMMUNICATIVE LEVEL OF ENGLISH.
  2. ALL THE REGULAR EMPLOYEES THAT BELONG TO THIS PROGRAM DO HAVE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE
  3. PASSPORT OR VISA IF  NECESSARY UPON HIS/HER ARRIVAL

SALARY

THE MINIMUM SALARY RANGES FROM 550 EUROS/PER MONTH RESPECTIVELY FOR REGULAR EMPLOYEES AND WILL BE A SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATIONS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND PASSED EXPERIENCE.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION IS USUALLY FREE AND INCLUDED DURING THE EMPLOYEES' WORKING SEASON. HOWEVER, IF THE INDIVIDUAL CASES OF EMPLOYERS ARE WILLING TO OFFER MORE SALARY AND NO FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION, THESE CAN BE NEGOTIATED  BEFORE THE ACTUAL CONTRACT SIGNING AND ARRIVAL OF THE EMPLOYEES THROUGH 'JOB CHAIN'.

ANNULATIONS OF INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND THE EMPLOYEES

THERE IS A PRIME CONDITION OF A ONE TO TWO WEEKS NOTICE TO 'JOB CHAIN' FROM BOTH PARTIES CONCERNING ANY DISTORTIONS OF THE PRESENT CONTRACT.
                             

FURTHERMORE, THE EMPLOYEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE OBLIGED FOR CARRYING OUT HIS EVERYDAY DUTIES IN RELATION TO HIS/HER WORK PERFORMANCE WITHOUT CAUSING ANY FUNCTIONAL WORK DISORDERS. RESPECTIVELY,  THE OPPOSITE PARTY (MEANING THE EMPLOYER) WILL BE OBLIGED IN CARRYING OUT HIS/HER DUTY OF DAILY SALARY PAYMENT, FREE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION PROVISION TO HIS/HER EMPLOYEE UNTIL THE EMPLOYEE IS REPLACED BY THE 'JOB CHAIN' WITH A NEW HOTEL EMPLOYEE WITHIN THE MENTIONED TIME PERIOD AND WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COMMISSION TO THE EMPLOYERS.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEDIATING PARTY

  • THE MEDIATING PARTY 'JOB CHAIN' WILL BE THE LEGAL BODY THAT WILL BE ACTING AS A MERGING AGENT BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND THE EMPLOYEES IN THE MARKET.

    HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THE SIDE OF THE MEDIATING PARTY UPON THE ACTUAL CHOICE AND HIRING OF THE EMPLOYEE STUFF. THE CHOICE AND THE FINAL RECRUITMENT OF THE CHOSEN EMPLOYEES WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYER, OR THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER IN PERSON (UNLESS THE EMPLOYER HIMSELF ENTRUSTS THE AGENCY IN THE CHOICE OF THE EMPLOYEES)!

    NEVERTHELESS, JOB CHAIN WILL BE PROVIDING FULL ASSISTANCE, PHONE INTERVIEWS AND ORGANIZED INFORMATION WITH A WIDE CHOICE OF EMPLOYEE PORTFOLIOS TO THE EMPLOYERS ATTENTION.

  • THE MEDIATING PARTY WILL ALSO BE UNDER FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF UNDERTAKING THE REPLACEMENT OF UNSUITABLE APPLICANTS AFTER AN ASSURING ORAL INVESTIGATION ON THE STATEMENTS OF THE COMPLAINING PARTY.
  • WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT OF 10-15 DAYS AS MENTIONED BEFOREHAND IF THE CLAIMS OF THE COMPLAINING PARTY ARE CONSIDERED TO BE VALID AND ON OBJECTIVE BASIS THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COMMISSION TO JOB CHAIN.
  • THE MEDIATING PARTY WILL BE CHECKING THE DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFICATES OF EACH STUDENT BEFORE HIS/HER ARRIVAL FOR ENSURING SMOOTH ARRIVAL AND LEGAL REGISTRATION OF THE STUDENTS AT THE CLIENT HOTELS!
  • THE MEDIATING PARTY WILL ALSO BE ORGANISING LIVE TOURISM FARES ALL OVER EUROPE THROUGHOUT THE SELECTION PERIOD OF WINTER! OUR JOB FARES ARE FREE FOR CLIENTS DELIVERING MORE 10 STUDENTS AND THE ONLY EXPENSES MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT HOTEL MANAGERS WILL BE THE COST OF THEIR TRAVEL EXPENSES.
    THE TOURISM FARES GIVE YOU THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH MORE THAN 500 STUDENTS FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND UNIVERSITIES!

 

 DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

THE CONTRACT  BETWEEN THE MEDIATING PARTY AND THE EMPLOYERS WILL BE IN FORCE THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE SEASON (FROM THE BEGINNING OF APRIL TO END OF NOVEMBER) AND THE INDIVIDUAL TRAINING CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE HOTEL, STUDENT AND THE UNIVERSITIES WILL DEPEND ON THE DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY PERIODS OF STUDENTS AND HOW EACH UNIVERSITY OR FOREIGN COUNTRY FUNCTIONS! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONTRACT AGREEMENTS HAVE TOP BE AGREED ON AND APPLIED FOR DURING THE WINTER/SPRING SEASON SO THAT ALL OUR CLIENTS ARE GIVEN UNTIL THE OPENING OF THE SEASON A WIDE CHOICE AND VARIETY OF PORTFOLIOS FOR APPROVAL AND HIRING!
